I LOVE teaching third grade because we get to learn about so many exciting topics. This year, together, we will explore the ancient Greek and Roman civilization, dive into famous explorers, practice, practice, practice our multiplication and division, and become life-long readers and writers.

This is my 14th year at Manzanita teaching third grade! Born and raised in Tucson, I went to the University of Arizona, GO CATS!! When I am not at school I cherish the time I spend with my family.  My husband Andy and I enjoy DIY projects around the house, our 6 year old daughter Addison who will be a 1st grader this year at Manzanita, our three year old son Easton, doesn't skip a meal ;) and loves playing with our yellow lab, Jackson.

I am so excited to begin a productive and fun school year. I can't wait to get to know all the wonderful students and families.
